Digital Product Usage & Limited License Agreement

Ownership of Materials

Any and all digital materials, whether paid or free, that you access through Joyfully Thrive are the sole property of Joyfully Thrive. This includes, but is not limited to, digital journals, prompts, worksheets, and any related content or communications.

Limited License Grant

When you purchase this digital journal, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use only.

In plain English, this means:

Limited: You are receiving permission to use the product in specific ways only.

Non-transferable: You may not share, sell, gift, or transfer your access to anyone else.

Non-exclusive: Joyfully Thrive may license this product to others.

Revocable: Joyfully Thrive reserves the right to revoke this license if the terms are violated.

This license does not transfer ownership of the digital journal to you.

Permitted Use

You may:

Use the digital journal for personal reflection

Download the journal to your own device

Revisit the journal as often as you like

Reuse the journal as often as you like for your own personal use

Prohibited Use

You may not:

Share the digital journal with others

Resell or trade access to the journal

Use the journal with clients or in any business or commercial setting

Claim the journal, in whole or in part, as your own

Modify, reproduce, or redistribute the journal

Post the journal (or any portion of it) online, in groups, or on shared platforms

In short: this journal is for you, not for redistribution or commercial use.

Use Outside the Scope of the License

If your use of the digital journal goes beyond what is permitted in this agreement, Joyfully Thrive reserves the right to take one or more of the following actions:

Invoice you for additional license(s)

Offer a one-time settlement to resolve the unauthorized use

Take legal action, if necessary

Joyfully Thrive may also revoke access to the product while the issue is being addressed.

Reservation of Rights

All rights not expressly granted in this agreement are reserved by Joyfully Thrive.

Agreement Updates

Joyfully Thrive reserves the right to update or modify this agreement at any time. Continued use of the digital journal constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
